When an indisputable expert roasted our coffee he said, "You've got a very good product here... It's a filet mignon." (Thankfully he was not referring to flavor notes).

A well qualified positive opinion gives such a feeling of validation. It's a validation about something we already know is the truth: thoughtful harvesting methods, patient and methodical processing practices, and a large helping of altitude, sunshine, precipitation and warm weather produce superior coffee.
